Why doesn't my pop-up upsell display?

There are various cases in which the pop may not be triggered.

When you use a bundle application that is not compatible.

If you're on the home page or using a page building app.

You haven't selected the right product in the trigger or you've added advanced options that the product added to the shopping cart doesn't fulfill (see advanced options in image).




In either of these cases, please contact support to find a solution.
