What are the most common reasons why one click upsells would not be displayed during checkout?

The most common reasons are :

Special Payment Methods: Post-purchase offers won't show if you made a test order with a product worth less than 1$ or used Gift Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), or free orders ($0).

Unsupported Payment Processor: Post-purchase offers work only with 'direct' Credit Card payments on Shopify Checkout, Shop Pay, or PayPal Express digital wallet.

Multi-Currency Issue: If the order is paid in a currency different from your store's currency, post-purchase offers might not appear.

Multiple Post-Purchase Apps: If you have another post-purchase app installed alongside ours, select our app as the active one in your Shopify admin settings.

Platform Load: During high traffic or system load, there might be delays in order processing, causing post-purchase pages not to show up.
