What are the most common reasons why one click upsells would not be displayed during checkout?

The most common reasons are :

Special Payment Methods: Post-purchase offers won't show if you made a test order with a product worth less than 1$ or used Gift Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), or free orders ($0).

Unsupported Payment Processor: Post-purchase offers work only with 'direct' Credit Card payments on Shopify Checkout, Shop Pay, or PayPal Express digital wallet.

Multi-Currency Issue: If the order is paid in a currency different from your store's currency, post-purchase offers might not appear.

Multiple Post-Purchase Apps: If you have another post-purchase app installed alongside ours, select our app as the active one in your Shopify admin settings.

**Platform Load: **During high traffic or system load, there might be delays in order processing, causing post-purchase pages not to show up.

Why doesn't my pop-up upsell display?

There are various cases in which the pop may not be triggered.

When you use a bundle application that is not compatible.
If you're on the home page or using a page building app.
You haven't selected the right product in the trigger or you've added advanced options that the product added to the shopping cart doesn't fulfill (see advanced options in image).

The order might be partially paid when the customer doesn't finish the purchase due to insufficient funds on their card, reaching their card limit, or leaving the browser after accepting the offer without completing the purchase.

What to Do About Partially Paid Orders?

These orders are typically automatically removed after some time to prevent processing unpaid orders. If they're not removed automatically, simply remove the unpaid product manually from the order.

What is the "Offer_type" inscription on my cart page and how do I remove it?

As shown in the screenshot below, the "offer-type" is what appears on the shopping cart page when you use the upsell pop-up and one of your visitors accepts an offer. It appears just below the upsell product.

This is a Shopify configuration that enables them to track upsell sales. Without it, you won't see the product added to the Shopify order.

So, as you can see, it's not from us and we can’t remove it.

The color of the OCU (One click upsell) button is managed by the Shopify API. The button color will be the same as the one used in your store theme, so you can click on the "Preview" button (as shown in the image) to get an idea of how the page will look to your customers.
